The Wellness Nutrition Program has been carefully designed by doctors and nutritionists to give you step-by-step guidelines to making long-term changes in both your eating habits and your health. Ideally, by following the program you will lose excess body fat, will feel better and have more energy while decreasing your risks for diseases.

Diets, at least the ones we always hear about, usually don't work because they involve deprivation and unnatural eating patterns that are hard to maintain for long-term success! Through this Lifestyle Nutrition Program, you will follow a balanced and healthy eating regimen that will teach you how to incorporate these changes into your lifestyle for lasting results.
During each session we will concentrate on specific food groups and you will leave with some guidelines of what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Most of the time we will concentrate on the quality of food or how to combine specific foods to balance your blood sugar.
Keep in mind that the American food economy has genetically modified our food on both an agricultural and manufacturing level, therefore, making it more profitable and often less healthy. In reality, your health issues are a result of food availability in America. Nowhere else in the world do we see the obesity and health problems that we see here.
